Violet Acres, LLC is a company with roots in the Midwest.  Founded by two engineers from the University of Illinois determined to make a contribution to society through entrepreneurship and outreach.

Agriculture has an increasing importance to the wellness of our society and planet as our population continues to grow and develop.  Leveraging new technology and farming practices is imperative to continue to meet the demand for food with limited natural resources.  We embrace this challenge and strive each day to optimize our operations such that they are more resource effective in delivering healthy food options to our neighbors.  We are excited to be a driver of the evolving landscape in food production, and committed to food transparency and public education.
